Q: I need something shipped overnight. How can I get overnight shipping approved?
A:
CommScope has implemented a policy of NO overnight shipping. Please plan ahead to avoid overnight shipments. If you have an unpreventable emergency please contact Johnny Moses at jmoses@commscope.com or 828.431.9821 for approval on overnight shipments.

Q: I need to order something immediately that is out-of-stock. Who do I contact?
A:
Under each product both the fulfillment location and the reorder re-ordering contact are listed. To find out when stock will be available you should first reach out to the re-order contact to find out if it has been ordered and when it will be available.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?
A:
Orders are fulfilled from 3 different fulfillment locations depending on the products selected. Each product in the system lists the fulfillment contact, phone and e-mail address. Complete contact information for each facility is available by clicking the SHIPPING & RETURNS link at the bottom your screen. Additionally you can send a message using the CONTACT link at the top of the page and selecting the appropriate category.

Q: Is there a method to find an item I am looking for without scrolling through all the items in a category?
A:
Yes, click on the search icon on the top right of the screen then you can enter your search criteria in the Search box and click SEARCH and the system will then display all items that match your search. Click an item from the list and it will take you to the item detail page where you can add it to your cart. You can also enter a partial portion of the SKU or other text that would be found in the product name or description.

Q: Do you have a specific item in stock?
A:
With having so many items listed it is not possible to keep them all in stock, we do however attempt to keep as many items in stock as possible. Items listed on our site that display an in stock quantity are only available for ordering up to that quantity and back orders are not allowed. While we do stock all of the Promo products listed on the site there are some occasions when we do run out of stock on an item. Stock is usually replenished quickly so we do allow back orders for Prom items. If the item you ordered happens to be out of stock you will be contacted by the site administrator and informed when the item will be available. You can choose to wait for the item or replace the item with a different item or cancel the item from your order.

Q: What exactly do you mean by 'Working Days?
A:
Working days are Monday to Friday except for our published holidays.

Q: How Can I Track My Order
A:
Log into your account and then click on Profile in the header to bring up your account information. From there you can select Orders from the menu to display all of your orders. Select the order you want and view the shipping information.
